At MBBS Dunia, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and tools to help students with their medical admission journey. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances refunds are provided for our subscription plans.

By subscribing to any paid plan on MBBS Dunia, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

MBBS Dunia offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: No payment involved — no refund applicable.
• Basic Plan (₹99/month): A low-cost plan with advanced discovery features.
• Premium Plan (₹199/month): A premium plan with personalized guidance and priority support.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Cases

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
• Service Not Delivered: If, due to a technical failure on our side, you were unable to access paid features for more than 7 consecutive days after payment.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization and reported within 48 hours.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to use the service after purchase.
• Used Services: If you have already accessed paid features or consumed a significant portion of the subscription.
• Failure to Use: If you did not use the subscription during the billing period.
• Violation of Terms: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
• Renewal Charges: Once a subscription auto-renews, refunds are not applicable for that billing cycle.

4. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. If you do not cancel, the subscription will automatically begin, and our standard refund policy applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case, please contact us within the applicable time window:

1. Email us at info@mbbsdunia.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email ID, transaction/order ID, date of payment, and reason for refund.
3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases (such as service interruptions of a shorter duration), we may offer a partial refund or a credit note equivalent to the affected period. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 7–10 business days).

8. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will continue to have access until then, and no further charges will be incurred.

Please note: cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

9. Charges and Taxes

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued for the base amount paid. Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges may not be refundable.

MBBS Dunia reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
